Imagine how much more efficient that you could be if you could type with one hand and mouse with another? Now, let’s take that one step further with this Keyglove that allows you to type and use the mouse with just one hand.

This is the vision of programmer Jeff Rowberg, who put 34 strategically placed contact sensors that can be pressed together to form individual letters. As for the mouse movements, there is an accelerometer for that.

It was built around an Arduino platform, and, as you can tell, it is quite a work in progress. Would you buy a glove that had this much threads coming out of it. When I saw the Peregrine MMO gaming glove for the first time, it didn’t look anything like this. It wasn’t on the market yet.

Nerf Anyone ?

Is it just me that Nerf is now getting pretty famous in Brunei :S Since paint ball is pretty much banned in Brunei i guess our local Bruneians has found another alternative to such game. Altho its not that intense as paint ball but i wud give it a 7/10 rank for Bruneians to be able to do and organize this :P

The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword
is currently in development by Nintendo Entertainment and the sixteenth installment.

Release Date: Scheduled for 2011

Skyward Sword is a prequel to Ocarine of Time. The Link appearing in the game was born and raised in Skyloft, a group of islands floating above the clouds. Leading an ordinary life there, he one day discovers the Skyward Sword, which leads him to another, previously unknown land beneath, ruled by evil forces. Using the sword to travel back and forth between the two worlds, the mystery of why they became separated is gradually revealed to Link. The Skyward Sword will turn into the Master Sword at some point in the game and, while giving Link advice, it will assume the form of the female figure in the concept art shown at E3 2009 above.

Alienware struck Brunei

Looks like everyone is having this transition of switching to Alienware syndrome...Just last week my fiance;s brother just bought himself a m11x from a local online dealer.

Later this week , my work mate Nazirul's Brother bought a m15 from a local store in mall. and while browsing brudirect i saw an add saying a guy needs help on his loan payment just to get M17 alienware... *Gosh !!!

Eversince alienware was bought by Dell in 2006, Alienware marketing has boost up in many different marketing strategies and i bet their sales too.

Even tho its kinda hit Brunei abit slow.. but i now can see people craving for this brand as it is now more affordable to be purchased. Its not cheap i agreee but compare to itself last time was 4 XXXXX time more expensive then now..

Well good job Alienware and as a user ... im pretty much satisfyied with this product.. nonetheless im not happy about Alienware excluding the VGA connecter in m11x as this is abit hard for me to conduct my lectures.. :S

Dota 2

Good News for Dota Fans!

According to Game Informer, DOTA 2 runs on Valve's Source engine. The full roster of heroes from DOTA-Allstars will be brought over, along with items, upgrade paths, and skills. The differences arise in the migration to the Source engine, which includes some graphical upgrades and voice chat. The team is reworking the visual style to accent important information, and more voice character lines will be included. Bots will fill in for disconnected players or for skirmishes, but Valve is keeping the focus on a multiplayer experience. There will also be a new coaching system which lets veteran players help out newcomers.

Known only as Icefrog to the DotA community, the mod designer announced that he's now in charge of a team over at Valve.

Icefrog posted the following notice on the official DotA website:

"I have some really awesome news I'd like to share with you guys. I am now leading a team at Valve! I finally have all the resources needed to do some very exciting stuff that you guys will love. I look forward to revealing more specific details when the time is right"

New Devil May Cry

DMC or also known as Devil May Cry 5, sees Capcom collaborating with Ninja Theory of Heavenly Sword fame and features a younger Dante. Not quite sure about the story line yet.

Release date has yet to be announced from developer but expected sometime in 2011.

By the end of the year, Blizzard plans to release Patch 1.2 for StarCraft II.

SC2 producer Chris Sigaty told PC Gamer that Patch 1.2 is "largely our e-sport patch. A couple of big things that will be in there are support for the season rolling, so players can look at the history of how they did in past seasons."

"There will be bugfixes, balance changes and tweaks, too. Chat is the other major thing we want to get in there next patch. We’ll also add more significant features to the editor."
